Board

Mr. Bray joined the Board of Trustees in January of 2002. He received his education at Indiana University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Bray is a supporter of the Operation Life Ambulance Service in Putnam County. He is also a member of the Gobin United Methodist Church in Greencastle. Mr. Bray resides in Putnam County with his wife Jayne.

Mrs. Fry was appointed to the Board of Trustees in March of 2008. She is the owner/operator of J.F. Awards and is with National Center for College Costs. Mrs. Fry also is currently the President for North Putnam Dollars for Scholars. Mrs. Fry is a resident of Putnam County along with her husband Phillip. They have three children. Matthew is a recent graduate of Purdue University and Jessica and Kristen are currently attending Purdue

Mr. Mann become a Board of Trustees member in 1996. He is the owner/operator of White Oaks Farms located in Cloverdale. Mr. Mann and his wife Linda reside in Putnam County and their four sons are partners with White Oak Farms.

Mr. O’Hair has been a member of the Board of Trustees since January 2007. He has had extensive experience with agriculture and sales. Mr. O’Hair is a member of the Union Chapel Church and the Masonic Lodge of Greencastle. Mr. O’Hair is married with two children and is the grandfather to two boys. He also enjoys attending auctions.

Judge HadleyJudge Headley has been a member of the Board of Trustees since January 2012. He currently serves as a Putnam Circuit Court Judge. Judge Headley is a member of Rotary, Greencastle Chamber of Commerce and Mary Allison Trust. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Masters in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate. Judge Headley is married to Karen with two children.

Dr. Keith Landry received his undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Science in Education at the University of Kansas in 1997. He followed up earning his Doctor of Medicine in 2001 also at the University of Kansas. His residency was completed in 2004 at Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie Indiana and he is a certified member of the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Landry joined Family Medicine of Cloverdale in 2004 to bring his medical expertise to patients locally and in the surrounding areas. He is married to Jamey Landry and they have three beautiful children. Dr. Landry and his wife are involved in multiple community projects. He enjoys sports, fishing, wood-working, and quality time with his family. As a family man, Dr. Landry knows how to connect with kids, as well as adults and seniors, and provides them with excellent primary healthcare. With that, he has become one of the top trusted family doctor in Putnam County. His philosophy is: Minimizing medications through positive lifestyle changes. 

Mrs. Lewis was appointed to the Board of Trustees in December of 2022.  A lifelong resident of Putnam County, Mrs. Lewis resides in Cloverdale with her husband, Todd.  They have two daughters and four grandchildren.  Mrs. Lewis is a Registered Nurse.    She graduated from Indiana Central University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  Since 2017,  Mrs. Lewis has been a member of the Cloverdale Community School Corporation Board of Trustees, and currently serves as Vice-President of the school board.
