Qualification:  Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or other closely related field.  Master of Health Administration or Master of Business Administration preferred.  Through knowledge of health care delivery and management, basic accounting, finance and health care legislation.  A minimum of 5 years of progressively more responsible related work experience in an ambulatory setting with 3 - 5 years of concurrent management experience.  Advance interpersonal skills, analytical, communication, and initiative.  Knowledge of computer systems and applications.

g.  Generating coding list when ley documentation is completed by    
     physician;
h.  Calculating the time period elapsed from discharge of patient to  
     billing date
Answering telephone request:
a.  From the floors;
b.  Outside calls.
Filing and retrieving records for:
a.  Nursing stations;
b.  Special studies;
c.  Surgery schedule;
d.  Clinic.
Responding, with supervision, to legitimate requests for medical information.
6.  Filing late report / charting current report to floors.
7.  Mailing:
a.  Documents for signature;
b.  Copies of reports to nursing homes;
c.  Chart copies for Peer Review

Job Summary:
Directs financial activities of the organization. Establishes, or recommends to management, major economic objectives and policies for company. Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations. Directs preparation of budgets. Directs determination of depreciation rates to apply to capital assets. Arranges for audits of company’s accounts. Participates in the departments’ performance improvement and continuous quality (CQI) improvement activities.
Job Duties include, but, are not limited to the following:
•	Participating in the development of accounting and internal control policies and systems.
•	Communicates to the CFO the status of facility’s cash and investment management activities.
•	Supervises all Accounting Department personal. 
•	Ensures that accurate information is provided on a timely basis and assists, as needed, in facilitating the efficient conduct of external audits, examinations and related financial projects.
•	Ensures that a monthly time schedule is established for the processing of computer reports necessary for the preparation of monthly financial statements; implements corrective action necessary to meet established deadlines.
•	Assists in preparation of the budget process and statistical data.
•	Completes required on-line monthly databank information in a timely fashion.
•	Demonstrates effectiveness in pulling together all the necessary information needed to compare revenue and expenses and determine the facility’s actual financial position.
•	Monitors the implementation of checks and balances which continually evaluate accounting practices, reporting procedures and record keeping.
Professional Requirements:
•	Maintains regulatory requirement, including all state, federal and local regulations.
•	Attends annual review and performs departmental in services.
•	Works at maintaining a good rapport and a cooperative working relationship with physicians, department operations, fire, safety and infection control.
•	Attends committee, CQI and management meetings, as appropriate.

      <description>Job Summary:										
Under the general supervision of the laboratory director and bench supervisor, the phlebotomist assumes the										
responsibility for performing venipuncture and related procedures according to established hospital and 										
departmental policies and procedures on patients ranging in age from newborns to geriatrics.  Venipuncture and 										
skin punctures are performed competently and expediently using aseptic technique.  Has thorough knowledge of										
test specimen requirements including fasting and dietary requirements.  Follows universal precautions while 										
obtaining blood specimens and patient isolation rules where appropriate.  Travel to nursing homes and private										
residence to collect blood if necessary and as directed by laboratory management.  Responsibilities include:										
collecting blood cultures, blood samples, POC testing by fingerstick, heelsticks, and swab specimens for bacterial										
and viral antigen testing.  Prepare specimens for transport to reference laboratory and assist with maintaining 										
lab inventory.  Additional miscellaneous duties as assigned.  Note:  In the event of staff issues, employees may be										
responsible for shifts other than those for which the employee was hired.  Laboratory management will provide										
as much advance notice as possible in the event of any schedule changes.										
										
Laboratory Information System (LIS):  Use the LIS to order tests and print labels for specimens collected.  Print										
and fax reports upon request and cancel tests as directed.										
										
Position Requirements:										
1. High School graduate or equivalent.										
2. Medical assistant or phlebotomy certification preferred.										
3. Experience as a phlebotomist in a hospital setting preferred.										
4. Excellent customer relation's skills/able to deal effectively and tactfully with patients and visitors of all ages, 										
    with co-workers, physician's,  and physician office staff.										
5. Mathematical, verbal, written skills at the high school level.										
										
Language Skills:										
1. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.										
										
Computer Skills:										
1. Basic computer knowledge required.
