Our Central Scheduling department is ready to assist you in making arrangements for:

Simply call 765-658-2760 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. The office staff will help to prepare you with Pre-Registration, Procedure Instructions, and Insurance Information. Please have the written order from your physician, your insurance information, and personal information ready when you call.

Central Scheduling is located inside the Main Entrance of the Hospital next door to the Business Office.
