In 2005, the Hospital expanded the Surgery Department with edition of the 24,830-square foot Surgery Center. Today, the outpatient facility provides patients with the option of having prompt, effective procedures locally.

Our own, Dr. Robin Mendelsohn, Orthopaedic Surgeon, and Dr. L.G. Palanca, General Surgeon, provide great care for our patients. Other local physicians use the facility as well, OB/GYNs Dr. C.Y. Ho and Dr. Jamie Cooper, podiatry, ophthalmology (eyes), and otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat) to name a few.

The Surgery Center houses seven pre-operative patient rooms, seven procedure rooms, and twelve post-operative or recovery rooms. Currently, the Sleep Study Lab bedrooms are located in the Surgery Center allowing an easy accessible and peaceful location.
