What Is My Wellness Putnam County?

My Wellness Putnam County is a healthcare program through Putnam County Hospital for employees of participating companies. It helps people get easy, fast access to care for everyday health needs as well as acute care.

What Kind of Care Does My Wellness Offer?

Acute Care

This is for health problems that come on suddenly and need quick attention.

  • Coughs, sore throats, congestion
  • Sprains or strains
  • Rashes or headaches
  • Ear or respiratory infections
  • Minor cuts or scrapes
  • Minor broken bones or fractures

Primary Care

Regular, ongoing healthcare

  • Routine checkups and wellness visits
  • Managing medications
  • Monitoring conditions like diabetes or high blood pressure
  • Sports physicals and general health needs

Who Can Use My Wellness?

Employees (and often times dependents) of employers that have joined My Wellness. Eligibility may be different for each company.

What Do I Get With My Wellness?

As a My Wellness member, you receive:

  • Scheduled appointments with My Wellness healthcare providers
  • Walk-in visits for acute care issues during normal business hours
  • Walk-in care during evenings and weekends at Putnam Prompt Care
  • Some medications available on-site
  • X-rays done at the clinic or ordered at Putnam County Hospital
  • Basic lab tests, such as: A1C, blood sugar checks, cholesterol tests, CBCs
  • Common tests/screenings such as: Flu, Strep, RSV, Pregnancy



The best part? All of these services are FREE. No co-pays, no out-of-pocket costs, and no insurance required.

Do I Have to Stop Seeing My Current Doctor?

No. We encourage you to keep seeing your primary care physician. My Wellness does not replace your current doctor. It is an extra option for care. Your regular doctor and the My Wellness providers can even work together to support your health.

What Is Not Included in My Wellness

  • Work-related injuries (worker’s compensation)
  • Medical emergencies
  • Advanced imaging like CT scans or MRIs
  • Care for complex medical conditions
  • Pregnancy care (before, during, or after birth)
  • Chronic pain management
  • Controlled substances or medications

How Do I Get Started?

If your company is already signed on, call to schedule an appointment today. If you need care right now, call and ask to see a provider, and walk-ins are welcome.
