Jill Krouse is a Certified Physician Assistant at the Putnam Pediatrics and Internal Medicine. She completed her undergraduate degree at Indiana State with a Bachelors of Science in Biology in 2019. She went on to fulfill her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Indiana State in 2023. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Jill joined Putnam Prompt Care in 2024 and provides care for acute and subacute injuries and illnesses to adults and children over 12 weeks of age. She highly values the patient-provider relationship and patient education that allows patients to feel in control of their mental and physical health.
She has lived in Greencastle with her husband, Andrew, her son and stepson since 2018. In her free time, she enjoys kayaking and playing pickleball with her family, volunteering in her community, and reading while lounging with her two cats.

Darla Berry worked as an RN for 8 years before becoming a midwife in 1998. She comes to Putnam County with 25 years of midwifery experience, most recently having established the midwifery practice at IU Health-Riley. She is now working her life’s passion, collaborating with the OB/GYN team at Union Hospital, to ensure that women in our maternity desert counties have access to patient-centered, relationship-focused healthcare. Darla believes that midwives bring a unique perspective and model of care to every phase of a woman’s life – one that relies on relationship, trust, and respect between provider and patient. Darla and her husband have four children (one DePauw graduate!) and live on the westside of Indianapolis. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

I got my BSN from University of Indianapolis and completed my MSN through Frontier Nursing University. I am a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. We enjoy good food and all things outdoors, especially spending time in the mountains, skiing and hiking.

For the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for patients of all ages at a family practice clinic in Terre Haute, IN. I am passionate about providing holistic, patient-centered care and especially enjoy working with children. I value creating a space where patients feel truly heard and empowered to take control of their health.
