Dr. Aditya Ahlawat

Putnam County Hospital has announced the addition of Dr. Aditya Ahlawat, MD to the hospital medical staff team.

Dr. Ahlawat will care for patients in a variety of ways as he takes on a multi-disciplinary role with the organization.

Dr. Ahlawat will care for inpatients as a hospitalist beginning immediately. He will start seeing patients in the Emergency Department beginning Sept. 30.

As October approaches, Dr. Ahlawat will also see patients as a primary care provider at North Putnam Family Healthcare.

Dr. Ahlawat earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Assumption College Worcester, Mass., in 2007. He completed his MD at Ross University School of Medicine in 2012 and completed his residency in family medicine at Ft. Wayne Medical Education Program.
